摘要

目的: 探究通窍活血汤联合阿司匹林治疗方案在缺血性脑卒中患者中的应用效果。方法: 2013年9月-2015年9月广西中医药大学附属瑞康医院接收的80例缺血性脑卒中患者

采用随机数字表法分成观察组与对照组

各40例。对照组采取口服阿司匹林片及其他常规内科治疗方案

观察组在此基础上采用通窍活血汤治疗

对两组患者的临床疗效、不良反应、治疗前后的血液流变学、血小板聚集率、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分与Barthel指数进行比较。结果: 治疗4周后

观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的NIHSS评分

血小板聚集率均明显低于对照组

Barthel指数明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的各项血液流变学指标水平均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论: 缺血性脑卒中患者中应用通窍活血汤联合阿司匹林治疗方案

有利于提高患者的临床疗效与日常生活能力

改善血液流变学与神经功能缺损程度

值得临床应用。

Abstract

Objective: To investigate the application effect of Tongqiao Huoxue Tang combined with aspirin for the patients with ischemic stroke. Method: The 80 cases of patients with ischemic stroke in our hospital from September 2013 to September 2015 were randomly divided into control group (40 cases) and observation group (40 cases) according to random number table. Patients in control group received oral application of aspirin tablets and other conventional western treatment. Patients in treatment group received Tongqiao Huoxue Tang combined with the aspirin treatment in the control group. The clinical efficacy

the total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Platelet aggregation rate and NIHSS scores of the treatment group were all significantly lower than those of the control group

but the Barthel index was significantly higher than that of the control group after treatment(P<0.05). Conclusion: Combination of Tongqiao Huoxue Tang and aspirin for the patients with ischemic stroke is helpful to improve the clinical efficacy and daily life ability of the patients

and is helpful to improve the blood theology and nervous functional defects

worthy of wide application.
